“The moon kisses your purest tears
Like a promise of good fortune
The fire girl, people call you
And they are letting you die of thirst
Ay niña de fuego, ay niña de fuego”

“We spent a warm sunset together. We met for taking pictures but all we did was play.” Photographer Pablo Gil laughs. “Maria and me played with light, we played with colors, heat and freshness. Green, white, yellow, red. We turned the bedroom into a flamenco show, and the living room became a sacred temple right away. It was an intimate game of laughters, characters and fun. I guess that is our Spanish essence.”
