An activist of women’s rights movement of Femen, which has gained notoriety for their topless protests, shouts slogans on the pedestal of a Soviet monument in the center of Kyiv on Nov. 7, the 100th anniversary of the Bolshevik Revolution that led to the seven decades of oppression and communist rule of the Soviet Union, which collapsed in 1991, giving Ukraine its long-sought national independence.
The activist also took her turn in the spotlight to criticize President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman and was arrested.
